Co-founder of Sligo's popular Sweet Beat Cafe, Carol-Anne Rushe is setting a trend with her plant-based cuisine. 聽
Prior to setting up the cafe, she ran a farmers market stall called Green Warrior where she developed a local following for her vegan salad, fresh nut milks and raw treats. Since setting up on Sligo's Bridge Street, she has quickly made a name for herself and is enjoying rave reviews.
Carol-Anne is a graduate of the January 2013 12 Week Certificate course.
