Since leaving Ballymaloe, Henrietta has launched luxury catering company Peapod & Co. which launched to bring creative, seasonal menus to Hampshire, London and beyond.
Passionate about food and sourcing the best and freshest ingredients for it鈥檚 menus, Peapod & Co. caters corporate events, private parties and weddings of all sizes and tastes. Henrietta loves nothing more than curating creative, playful canap茅s and food.
This year, Henrietta launched a new canap茅 delivery service 鈥楥anap茅 Boxes by Peapod & Co.鈥 to 聽encourage celebrations, both little and large, and to bring families and friends together after being apart for so long after COVID-19.
