Jess Shadbolt & Clare de Boer both did our cookery course but at different times. 聽They met at the cold starter section in River Cafe in London and decided to open a restaurant in New York. 聽
Their restaurant King is loved by customers and critics alike and provides wonderful food to the people of Manhattan.
