Since doing Ballymaloe I have done a culinary arts course in both of which ignited my passion for food.
Since then I have worked various restaurants around Dublin and set up my own catering company 'Fresh catering' - I had that for 3-4 years.
I am running my own business in Portobello, Dublin 8 called if you're in Dublin pop in and visit us we're open 7 days a week, 9-5
